Marbles closed next Wednesday for forum
Marbles will be closed for a day so adults can take over the popular kids museum.

A heads up: Marbles Kids Museum in downtown Raleigh will be closed to the public on Wednesday, Oct. 1, for its annual Big Idea Forum.
Marbles will reopen Oct. 2 with its normal hours, which are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The forum is designed for business and community leaders to get together and be inspired. It's sold out.
Marbles' IMAX theater will be open on Oct. 1 with movies - documentaries, along with The Princess Bride and Back to the Future, part of its retro movie series.
