There was lots of interest last week in my post about Marbles Kids Museum's new MAXrewind retro movie series in its IMAX theater.

The series will feature some classics from the 1980s and 1990s, including "Forest Gump," "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids," "E.T.," and "The Princess Bride."

The Raleigh museum announced a new ticket deal for this series, making it a cheaper option for families. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for kids. If you want to see a movie and play in the museum, tickets for both the movie and admission are $10 for kids and $13 for adults. Admission to the museum is usually $5 per person.

The series starts Friday and runs through early November. Here's the schedule:

Forrest Gump: The IMAX Experience

Showing Sept. 5 to Sept. 18

Honey, I Shrunk The Kids (1989)

Showing Sept. 19 to Sept. 25

The Princess Bride (1987)

Showing Sept. 19 to Oct. 2

Back to the Future (1985)
