Police were searching for clues Monday after a 36-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were shot at a Raleigh apartment complex, authorities said.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Police were searching for clues Monday after a 36-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were shot at a Raleigh apartment complex, authorities said.

Police found the victims after the shooting was reported after 3:30 at an apartment complex located in the 7100 block of Plumleaf Road. The two victims were rushed for medical treatment to WakeMed for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Several police officers were at the scene and yellow crime scene tape was erected around one of the units.

Police have not said what led to the gunfire or if anyone has been arrested in connection with the shooting.

The relationship between the victims and their identities has not yet been released.
