Man wanted for burglary in Halifax County

Roanoke Rapids, N.C. — Police are looking for a 29-year-old man wanted on charges, including burglary.
Preston Jamil Jackson is wanted on charges of first degree burglary, larceny, filing a false police report and felony conspiracy, police said Tuesday.
Authorities said the crimes occurred in 2003, but recent evidence led to the filing of charges.
Jackson was last known to be residing in the Durham area, however there was no specific address known.
