<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — A man was injured early Wednesday when shots were fired at a Durham apartment complex, according to police.

The shooting occurred before 1:30 a.m. at an apartment complex off Roxboro Street in the Cornwallis neighborhood.

Police said one man was taken to the hospital but is expected to survive.

The window of a silver car was shot out, and police were collecting evidence from a nearby building.
