— Fayetteville police are searching for one man and trying to identify another in connection with a bank robbery last week.

Buddy Brayboy Christian, 20, of the 1200 block of Wildwood Drive, is wanted on charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.

He is described as black, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds.

Police are also searching for a second man caught on surveillance cameras with Christian at a business on Fort Bragg earlier the morning of the robbery.

Two men entered the Lumbee Bank, 6313 Raeford Road, around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 14, handed a clerk a note and stole an undisclosed amount of cash, police said. They drove away in a maroon Oldsmobile Alero, which police recovered nearby.

Anyone with information about Christian's whereabouts or the identity of the second man is asked to call Fayetteville police detectives at 910-433-1856 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
