A man was shot twice in a drive-by shooting near downtown Raleigh around 9 p.m. Friday night.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A man was shot twice in a drive-by shooting near downtown Raleigh around 9 p.m. Friday night.
The man was shot in the hip and leg, but the injuries were not life-threatening. He was transported to the hospital and is expected to be okay.
Shots were fired at the 100 block of North State Street by someone who police said was driving a late-model silver Cadillac.
Raleigh Police are still investigating the incident.
