Man shot overnight at Durham apartment complex

On Monday, officers with the Durham Police Department responded to the Oxford Manor apartments along the 3600 block of Danube Lane around 2:30 a.m.

A man shot and taken to the hospital with serious injuries, police said.

Another man who lives at the apartment complex said shootings are common there and a car was recently hit by bullets.

The shooting is under investigation.
