Man shot outside northeast Raleigh apartment complex
Raleigh police are looking for the person responsible for shooting a man outside The Oaks apartment complex just after midnight on Tuesday.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Police are looking for the person who shot a man outside The Oaks apartments in northeast Raleigh early Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to the complex on Water Oak Drive, off New Hope Road, just after midnight.
The man was seriously injured, police said.
The entrance to The Oaks was blocked off with crime tape as investigators focused their attention on a white four-door vehicle in the roadway. Police say the victim was shot in the parking, lot but it's unclear if he was inside the vehicle.
