Raleigh police on Thursday were investigating a fatal shooting that happened Wednesday night at the intersection of Jones and Hill streets. 

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Raleigh police on Thursday were investigating a fatal shooting that happened Wednesday night at the intersection of Jones and Hill streets. 

Officers responded to a call about a shooting around 10 p.m. and found Winzo Omari Gill, 23, shot. He was transported to WakeMed, where he later died.

Police did not release any other details about the shooting.
