Deputies were called out around 2 a.m. to a disturbance at 129 New Circle Lane. They found the victim, who was transported to a hospital.

Emergency dispatchers said the man, whose name hasn't been released, had non-life-threatening injuries.

More details haven't been released. The investigation is ongoing.
