A man was injured in a shooting at Campbell Avenue and South Cool Spring Street Sunday evening.

<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — Police are investigating a shooting that injured one man Sunday evening.

The shooting occurred at Campbell Avenue and South Cool Spring Street, police said. The victim was hospitalized, but the extent of his injuries was not disclosed.

Police said they have not located the shooter. Officers remained on the scene Sunday night.

More details about the shooting – including the victim's identity – have not been released.
