<b>GOLDSBORO, N.C.</b> — Goldsboro police are trying to identify a man who robbed a bank Tuesday morning.

The man took an undisclosed amount of money from the Wells Fargo bank at 301 E. Ash St. around 10:15 a.m., police said.

Police described the man as white, between 45 and 55 years old. He was wearing a tan bucket hat, white sports coat, light-colored pants and white tennis shoes.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call police Investigator J.L. Sutton at 919-580-4211 or Goldsboro Wayne County Crime Stoppers at 919-735-2255. Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards for anonymous tips that solve crimes.
