Wake Forest man killed in shooting near Raleigh club

Police have identified a man who was shot and killed on Paula Street in Raleigh.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Police have identified a man who was shot and killed on Paula Street in Raleigh.

Police blocked off a large crime scene around Club Dreams on Sunday morning just before 3 a.m.

Police found the man, Ricardo Jermel Fogg, with multiple gunshot wounds.

First responders rushed Fogg to the hospital, but he did not survive. Fogg lived in Wake Forest and was 32 years old.

A suspect is in custody.

Crime scene tape was up at the nightclub, across the street and all around another parking lot. Dozens of evidence markers were on the ground.
