A 22-year-old man died late Sunday when his car hit a bridge post near Fremont, authorities said.
Posted — UpdatedFREMONT, N.C. — A 22-year-old man died late Sunday when his car hit a bridge post near Fremont, authorities said.
Euberta Morales-Gonzalez was northbound on Fields Road, northeast of Fremont, when his car crossed the center line and hit the bridge post, authorities said.
He was the only person in the car.
Authorities said speed wasn't a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.
