Authorities are still searching for the Nissan driver, whom they say is responsible for the crash with a Johnston County bus. They have now confirmed his identity as Trevor Elijah Jordan Grice, a 30-year-old from Smithfield.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — A man died early Thursday morning in a shooting. A second man was injured.

After 1 a.m., officers with the Durham Police Department responded to a shooting at the Cornwallis Apartments in the 2500 block of South Roxboro Street.

Two men were transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, where one died.

At least nine evidence markers were scattered on the ground.

Last month, another shooting occurred at the same apartment complex in broad daylight.
