Man injured in shooting at Fayetteville home

A 57-year-old man was injured early Friday in a shooting at a home in the 700 block of Rock Spring Road, Fayetteville police said.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A 57-year-old man was injured early Friday in a shooting at a home in the 700 block of Rock Spring Road, Fayetteville police said. 

Officers responding to the home, which is located in the Montclair Subdivision, at about 2 a.m. found Harold Brigham with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he was in fair condition early Saturday. 

Fayetteville police identified Frank Archuleta, of 1716 Shiloh Drive, as the shooter. It wasn't clear whether Archuleta, 66, would be charged in the incident. 

No other information about the shooting was released.
