Police said officers responded to reports of a shooting on West Sycamore Street Monday.

Officers found a man, a passenger of a car, with a gunshot wound to his upper body. Police said the man had left the location of the shooting and traveled down Gannon Avenue.

Police said the man had received non-life threatening injuries.

Zebulon police have not said if a suspect is in custody.
