Durham police were searching Thursday night for a suspect after a man was shot, authorities said.
Rescue workers were called at 9:42 p.m. to a home in the 2100 block of Broad Street, where the victim was but it remained unclear Thursday night if that's the location where the shooting occurred. Police said the victim suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder that was not believed to be life threatening. He was rushed for medical treatment to a local hospital. His identity and condition were not immediately available.
Police have not publicly disclosed any information about a suspect and authorities said the victim was not cooperating with investigators.
