Man dies from shooting in Durham neighborhood

A man has died from a shooting in Durham on Wednesday night.

DURHAM, N.C. — A man has died from a shooting in Durham on Wednesday night.

Durham officers are looking into the shooting, which happened in the 3300 block of Dearborn Drive just before 10 p.m. The man had life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital. He died a short time later.

Part of Dearborn Drive was shut down while police investigated.

The man's name wasn't released by authorities. There was no information given on possible suspects.
