Man found dead on front porch of Durham home after family member called 911

Around 3:30 a.m., officers with the Durham Police Department responded to a reported shooting at a home located at 105 W. Channing Avenue.

When officers arrived at the home, they found the Reginald M. Johnson, 43, on the front porch.

Officials said a family member inside the house heard gunshots and called 911.

No information has been released on a possible suspect.

The scene is under investigation.
