Man faces felony charges in alleged sexual acts with Garner child
A Bladen County man faces multiple felony charges after engaging in sexual acts with a child, according to an arrest warrant.

Dominique Ty Jee Banks, 20, of Ashemorre Lane in Riegelwood, was charged with one felony count of first-degree statutory sex of a child and two counts of felony indecent liberties with a child, according to the warrant dated July 26.
According to the warrant, Banks engaged in sexual offenses with a victim under the age of 13 in Garner between October and December of 2018.
Banks committed "a lewd and lascivious act upon the body" of the child and "engaged in a sex offense," according to the warrant.
Banks was arrested on Friday and was being held in the Wake County jail under a $5,000,000 secured bond.
