Wake County sheriff's deputies have arrested a man on indecent liberties charges.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Wake County sheriff's deputies have arrested a man on indecent liberties charges.

According to an arrest warrant issued this week, Stanley Pemberton, 50, is charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a child and one count of sexual offense with a child.

The offenses happened between January 2009 and December 2009, according to the warrant.

Pemberton, who was arrested Tuesday, was in the Wake County jail Wednesday under a $500,000 bond.
