A man who moved to the Lake Royale area near Bunn two weeks ago drowned in the lake Sunday night, authorities said.

<b>BUNN, N.C.</b> — A man who moved to the Lake Royale area near Bunn two weeks ago drowned in the lake Sunday night, authorities said.

Dive teams pulled the body of Randy Terell Hodge, 26, from the lake at about 2:30 a.m. Monday.

Authorities said Hodge dove off a pontoon boat into the lake shortly after 6 p.m. Sunday and never resurfaced.

The incident remains under investigation, authorities said.
