Man dies after Fayetteville shooting
Fayetteville police are investigating after a man was found in the street early Sunday morning suffering from gunshot wounds.
Posted — UpdatedFAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police are investigating after a man was found in the street early Sunday morning suffering from gunshot wounds.
Around 3:15 a.m., officers responded to Upton Street near Stevens Street, where they found 31-year-old Delaun Parker in the road. He was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he died as a result of his injuries.
Fayetteville police are investigating. More information will be shared as it becomes available.
