Man dies after domestic-related shooting in Wendell
A man died Sunday following a shooting that officials believe to be the result of a domestic incident.

WENDELL, N.C. — A man died Sunday following a shooting that officials believe to be the result of a domestic incident.
Around 11:15 a.m., officials with the Wake County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting at 4429 Old Milburnie Road. At the scene, they located a 35-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The man was transported to the hospital, where he died as a result of his injuries. A suspect is in custody.
The shooting is under investigation. More information will be provided when it becomes available.
