Man dead after hit and run in Littleton
A died Saturday morning in a hit-and-run incident.

LITTLETON, N.C. — A man died early Saturday morning in a hit-and-run incident in Halifax County.
Around 5:50 a.m., authorities responded to a call that a pedestrian walking in the road had been struck by a car. The car fled the scene.
According to officials, Jameille Harvey, 27, of Littleton, was pronounced dead upon their arrival.
The investigation is ongoing. No information has been released about the car at this time.
