DUDLEY, N.C. — A local man has been charged with throwing a Molotov cocktail at a Wayne County residence, authorities said.

Clarence Cleveland Boswell, 57, of 132 Legion Lake Drive, has been charged with first-degree arson after a bottle containing gasoline  was ignited and thrown at a nearby residence last Saturday, authorities said.
