CARTHAGE, N.C. — A Moore County man has been charged with sending obscene material to a juvenile, authorities said Monday.
Jeffrey Durainte Munnerlyn Jr., 27, of 173 Clay Ridge Road in West End, was charged with disseminating obscenity.
The charge stems from a September report that obscene material was e-mailed to a 13-year-old in West End, authorities said.
