Man charged with exposing himself to 4-year-old inside Raleigh Walmart
A Raleigh man was arrested Tuesday after police said he exposed himself to a young child inside a Walmart.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man was arrested Tuesday after police said he exposed himself to a young child inside a Walmart.
Sebastian Xavier Moore, 55, of 2014 Hill Street was charged with indecent exposure involving a victim under the age of 16.
According to an arrest warrant, Moore exposed and touched himself in front of a 4-year-old girl inside the Walmart at 4431 New Bern Avenue.
Moore was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
