Man charged in shooting over a dice game Police investigating homicide in north St. Louis

A man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred over a dice game.

NORTH ST. LOUIS, MO — A man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred over a dice game.

Marvel T. Williams, 23, has been charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Williams allegedly drove the shooter to the 4400 block of Red Bud knowing the shooter intended to fire shots at several people he was angry with over a dice game. The shooting happened on May 25.

Police also allege he provided the gun, a shortened AK-47.

31-year-old Jeramee Ramey, of the 4400 block of Margaretta, was found with a gunshot wound to the head.

Ramey was pronounced dead at the scene.
