<b>GOLDSBORO, N.C.</b> — A Wayne County man faces accusations that he raped a 19-year-old woman at a campground in Goldsboro Sunday.

Maj. Tom Effler said that sheriff's deputies investigated a report of a sexual assault at Busco Beach ATV Park and Campground on Bryan Boulevard and then charged Anthony Mancenty Pfaff with second-degree rape.

Pfaff, 40, of 1210 Quinn Store Road in Beulaville, and a relative of the victim got into a fight before deputies arrived, Effler said.

Pfaff was treated at Wayne Memorial Hospital and then taken to the Wayne County jail. He was given a $100,000 bond.
