Man charged in 18 vehicle break-ins
Authorities charged a Clayton man with breaking into and stealing from at least 15 vehicles, according to arrest warrants.
Posted — UpdatedCLAYTON, N.C. — Authorities charged a Clayton man with breaking into and stealing from at least 15 vehicles, according to arrest warrants.
Noah Chandler Crowder, 20, of 604 John St., faces 18 counts of breaking-and-entering a motor vehicle and 15 counts of larceny. He was being held in the Wake County Jail under a $100,000 bond Saturday.
Crowder broke into the vehicles in November, the warrants say.
Crowder was placed on probation Oct. 9 for felony breaking-and-entering in Johnston County, according to state Department of Correction records.
