Man arrested after threatening to murder probate employees

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL — Baldwin County officials arrested 43-year-old John Distasio Jr. after they say he left a voicemail threatening to, "murder half of the probate employees."
According to Assistant Chief Deputy Anthony Lowery, Distasio wanted an issue over land possession cleared up.
Distasio, who has an Albuquerque, New Mexico address, was charged with making a terrorist threat and is being held without bond.
