Man arrested after police chase in Apex, Holly Springs
A suspect was taken into custody following a police chase Saturday evening from Apex to Holly Springs.
Posted — UpdatedWAKE COUNTY, N.C. — A suspect was taken into custody following a police chase Saturday evening from Apex to Holly Springs.
At about 7:30 p.m., officers said they tried to pull Donald Wane Price, 39, over on suspicion of driving while impaired but he wouldn't stop his vehicle.
During the chase, police said Price's 1988 Chevrolet Caprice grazed another car along the 1100 block of Avent Ferry Road before running off the roadway and crashing.
Price was transported to WakeMed for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
No one else was injured.
Charges are pending in the incident.
