Police have arrested a man accused of committing inappropriately touching a woman at a Raleigh Walmart.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Police have arrested a man accused of inappropriately touching a woman at a Raleigh Walmart.
Katrel Dynel Gulley, 19, was arrested Thursday on one count of assault on a female in connection with the Feb. 25 incident at the New Bern Avenue store.
Investigators identified Gulley using surveillance video from the store.
