RALEIGH, N.C. — A man faces charges after police said he exposed himself to students at Ligon Magnet Middle School in Raleigh on Wednesday

Victor Kornegay, 20, is charged with indecent exposure, resisting, delaying and obstruction of a law enforcement officer, according to an arrest warrant.

The incident occurred after 7:30 a.m. at the school at 706 East Lenoir St.
