Man, 29, charged in Fayetteville bank robbery
Fayetteville police have charged a 29-year-old man in connection with a robbery at a PNC Bank location on Ramsey Street.
Posted — UpdatedFAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police have charged a 29-year-old man in connection with a robbery at a PNC Bank location on Ramsey Street.
According to investigators, Taurean James Keels, of Old Spears Road, entered the bank at about 9 a.m. Friday and passed a note to the teller demanding money. Keels left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.
Keels was arrested on Grove Street and later charged with common law robbery and possession of stolen property.
He was in the Cumberland County jail Friday afternoon under a $10,000 secured bond.
