My kids, ages four, five and seven, have yet to really get into any kid or teen celebrity crush thing. Thankfully we’ve been able to avoid it. When it comes to the tube, they prefer Dora, Superheros or Animal Planet, among others.
But the tide is turning.
My two oldest are well aware of Justin Bieber. They claim to not like him even though I catch my son saying "baby, baby, baby ooh."
My four-year-old is a different story. She informed me that she wanted to marry "Justin Beaver," as she calls him. I said, do you know who Justin Bieber is? She said yes, he’s Justin Beaver. I said, what does he do? She said, and I quote, “he gets all the girls!”
What??? You're four! Is there a vaccine for this yet?
