Lyle Lovett to headline Band Together show

Singer-songwriter Lyle Lovett will headline this year's Band Together NC concert at Koka Booth Amphitheatre on May 4.

CARY, N.C. — Singer-songwriter Lyle Lovett will headline this year's Band Together NC concert at Koka Booth Amphitheatre, organizers announced Wednesday. 
Net proceeds from the May 4 show will go to local nonprofit the Tammy Lynn Center, which helps provide educational, residential, therapeutic and family support services to children and adults with developmental disabilities.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through the Koka Booth box office and eTix.com. 

Here is a rundown of the ticket prices: 

  • VIP tickets, which are available to those 21 and over, are $150 in advance and $155 the day of. They include catered food and drink, a VIP area close to the main stage and access to the silent auction. 
  • Reserved seats are $49.50 and $69.50 in advance. Those prices go up to $54.50 and $74.50 the day of. 
  • General admission tickets are $34.50 in advance and $39.50 the day of the event. Tickets are needed for children ages 3 years and up. Children 2 years and younger get in for free on the lawn. 
The show will start at 5 p.m. with headliners, including Mac and Juice who won an opening act spot during Band Together's Last Band Standing event earlier this month.
