ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — A Louisburg man faces accusations that he exposed himself to a female employee inside a Rocky Mount store last Wednesday.

A 24-year-old woman told police that a man approached her and exposed himself as she was working at Shoe Show, 1820 Sunset Ave., on the afternoon of Sept. 28. Police said she told the man to leave the store, and he drove away in a white truck.

David Lee Kelbaugh, 44, was arrested Wednesday and charged with indecent exposure. He was given a $1,000 secured bond.

Kelbaugh has break-in and larceny convictions dating from the mid-1980s, according to state Department of Correction records.
