Long-time Wake County school employee charged in child porn case, school officials say
A Wake County Public School maintenance technician has been charged with multiple counts of sexual exploitations of a minor, officials said on Saturday.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Wake County Public School maintenance technician has been charged with multiple counts of sexual exploitations of a minor, officials said on Saturday.
A spokesperson with the school system said that no Wake County school students were involved with the child pornography case.
Steven Sharp, 60, from Raleigh, has been suspended from working at WCPSS, according to school officials.
He has worked in the school system for 15 years.
