Kicking it up a notch!

We are kicking it up a notch on 100 Days of Fitness. The reason is simple - I am eating more so I need to exercise more.

I really liked the latest workout prescribed by Coach Tara Wind of Lifetime Fitness in Cary. Nothing boring out this one:

2 minutes running
2 minutes on stair machine
20 squats
20 pushups
2 minutes rowing
20 alternating lunges
20 tricep dips
20 bicep curls & presses (15 lb wts)

Three sets!

My weight is stable. I do want to lose a few more lbs. but I realize it's not going to happen until after the holidays. We're nearing the mid point of the campaign. This is day 44. That's one of my favorite numbers. David Thompson used to wear that number for the Wolfpack.
