100 Days of Fitness - Day 11

What’s a light cardio workout that you enjoy? Feel free to offer your suggestions. I’m going to take it a bit easier today. This is easy effort recovery day.

 

Yesterday was intense – the toughest workout yet in our 100 Days of Fitness. Coach Tara Wind cracked the whipped and had me sweating big time as I was running, jumping and lifting. I loved the pace, however, and the variety. I think that’s why I never took up golf. I like to sweat when I work out.

 

I will perspire today but it will be a gentle sweat. I think I will enjoy this beautiful weather and go for a light run around a lake. Where’s my stopwatch? I need to set it for 50 minutes.
