Best Bed & Breakfast

I love a good bed & breakfast: the personal touch, the gourmet meals, the creative and sometimes historical quarters and the chance to make new friends and meet interesting people. One of my favorite B&Bs is the Grape Leaf Inn in Healdsburg, CA. But I probably won’t be headed that way in a while so I’d like to visit some across the state. What are your favorites? I want to know. We’ll conduct an informal poll. The Oakwood Inn in Raleigh is excellent. Sometimes it’s fun to just go there for the night and get away from the household chores.
