Love and Companionship With JB

JB came into my life in May of 1989 one night as a stray looking for food. I offered him my supper of hamburger and left it on the curb. He came back the next day with someone's newspaper in his mouth. I guess it was my reward for feeding a hungry stray. I left him some dog food and water in my yard. As he warmed up to me I decided to take him in and give him a good home. He was my best friend for 17 years.

I attribute his longevity to our almost daily walks and the love we had for each other. I have a tatoo of this picture of him on my left shoulder. It was a very sad day for me on June the 5, in 2006. We had our last walk together in the park near my home. I know you are at the rainbow bridge with my other beloved pets that I loved over the years and one day we all will be walking together again. Thank you JB for the 17 years of love and companionship I had with you. Until we meet again. (JB 1988-June 5,2006)
