Food Drive Kids

Five years ago, William Winslow realized some of his elementary school classmates didn’t have enough to eat, especially during summer months. He came up with a food collection idea to help kids at his school. Today, William and his brother, Alexander, are known as The Food Drive Kids. Since 2013, they’ve raised $55,500 and collected 43,200 pounds of food for Inter-Faith Food Shuttle to share with families in need. And they’ve helped build three community gardens.
