GalaxyCon will kick off its first free outdoor street festival on Fayetteville Street in downtown Raleigh on Saturday morning.
WRAL is a media sponsor of the outdoor festival, which will include exhibitors, DJs, bands, Fantasy Super Cosplay Wrestling, food trucks, TV and movie cars, celebrity autograph opportunities and a fudge eating contest sponsored by Copper Coast Confections.

The festival is open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Make sure to drop by the WRAL tent at the event.
No ticket is needed for the outdoor street festival, but tickets are required to attend GalaxyCon's event inside the Raleigh Convention Center.
