GalaxyCon is partnering with WRAL for its first free outdoor street festival.
GalaxyCon Street Fest will take place on July 26-27 on Fayetteville Street. It will include exhibitors, DJs, bands, Fantasy Super Cosplay Wrestling, food trucks, TV and movie cars, celebrity autograph opportunities and a fudge eating contest sponsored by Copper Coast Confections.

Galaxy Wrestling Entertainment will also be outside at the festival. It is being headlined by North Carolina natives and professional wrestling legends the Hardy Boyz.
The festival will be open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Admission to the street fest will be free, but tickets are still required for the fan convention inside the Raleigh Convention Center on July 24-27.
GalaxyCon Raleigh's popular fan convention has sold out in previous years. Tickets start at $45.
Celebrity guests for the convention include Susan Sarandon, Geena Davis, William Shatner, Giancarlo Esposito, and a 90210 reunion featuring Jason Priestly, Brian Austin Green, Tori Spelling and Ian Ziering.
