Level 2 risk for severe storms in place

The remnants of Laura will merge with a cold front and bring afternoon storms to NC. We are under a level 2 risk for severe storms. Expect damaging wind, heavy rain and possibly tornadoes. Keep checking back for updates as we get closer to the weekend.
